Nexity facilitates user adoption on its new ticketing tool


The Challenge

Nexity became a service platform focused on customer needs in addition to its real estate development business, acquiring new internal software to support its transformation and offer the best customer experience. 

Nexity, which has already deployed a variety of digital tools, wanted to onboard all its users onto the new ticketing tool. The goal was twofold: to support change management internally and to enable new employees to be trained as soon as they arrive, prior to any face-to-face training.

The Results

  • Nexity provided training to 350 of its users on a newly implemented ticketing tool.
  • With the Lemon Learning platform, Nexity teams were able to build more than 30 interactive guides with complete autonomy. Following the successful deployment, Nexity took on an additional 3 projects using Lemon Learning.
  • The integration resulted in a reduction of support requests for Nexity.
