Could you introduce yourself and your role at OPPBTP ?
Hello, I’m Yannick Gervais, support manager at OPP-BTP. My role is to facilitate our digital transition, ensuring that our teams are equipped with the best tools and knowledge.
What challenge were you looking to solve with Lemon Learning ?
We needed to upgrade our CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics, and needed a smooth transition to avoid the difficulties encountered with previous upgrades. Lemon Learning was our solution for educating and engaging our staff with the new system.
How have you implemented Lemon Learning to meet these challenges ?
We adopted a strategic two-phase approach with Lemon Learning. Initially, we introduced direct notifications in the old CRM version to inform and actively include our employees in the change process. This first step created a sense of inclusion and paved the way for communication. Subsequently, as we moved to the new CRM version, we deployed interactive guides and customized e-learning paths. These tools enabled our teams to familiarize themselves with the system at their own pace, while providing immediate support through contextual tooltips.
What results have you achieved with Lemon Learning ?
The increase to 530 clicks per month with Lemon Learning shows successful adoption and strong commitment from our teams. This success has validated our approach to digital training and encouraged us to extend it to other projects.
