What made this project a success?
Why did you choose Lemon Learning?
For years, we’d had a need for ongoing training for our trainers on our in-house application. With constant changes to the tools, creating video tutorials had become unmanageable. I’d already had Lemon Learning in mind, which I’d discovered ten years ago, and it appeared to be the ideal solution for lightening our training load while guaranteeing access to guides that were always up-to-date.
How did the integration of Lemon Learning go?
We started with a POC to validate Lemon’s compatibility with our application. Following its success, we decided to delegate the creation of our first guides to the Lemon design team. I provided video recordings of our processes, and the Lemon team were able to turn these into interactive guides, which I then customized. This allowed us to deploy enough guides from the outset to meet the immediate needs of our users.
What are the benefits of Lemon Learning for your teams?
Lemon Learning has completely changed the way we manage support and training. Our trainers can now access specific guides as soon as they arrive, which has considerably reduced the number of operational-level support tickets. Even experienced trainers find reminders useful for correcting any bad practice. Lemon Learning also allows us to share information pushes directly in the interface, which is much more effective than emails that no one would read.
What is the long-term impact for your users?
Lemon Learning has enabled us to establish a continuous support dynamic: thanks to the guides and pushes, our users receive important updates and reminders without waiting for our team to be available. In addition, we have formed user clubs to report local needs for additional guides, which helps us to adapt the content to the specific expectations of each training center.
How does Lemon Learning help to maintain the quality of learning?
Our trainers can easily find the best practices by using the guides, even for less frequent tasks. We plan to use Lemon’s features to introduce questions at the beginning of the guides, to encourage users to check their knowledge and adapt their use as closely as possible to the recommended practices.
