Can you introduce yourself and your responsibilities?

My name is Bertrand Charrois, and I’ve been with OTIS for twenty years now. I spent a lot of time in industry, working on methods and management in factories. Two years ago, I plunged into the world of digital transformation at OTIS. My main mission? To steer the deployment of a new e-procurement system, based on our JD-Edwards ERP. It was in this context that we chose to test Lemon Learning, associating it with our software to better support our users.” 

How does OTIS use the Lemon Learning solution?

Our team is currently growing, with between 800 and 1,200 daily users of our solution. With Lemon Learning, we go beyond simply training newcomers. It’s a real communication tool that allows us to bring everyone together and avoid losing important information in the flood of e-mails or on Teams.
