Introduction and background:

Training strategy:
Traditionally, Metro trained managers face-to-face, who then passed on the knowledge to their teams. This method had its limits in terms of knowledge retention. With Lemon Learning, the strategy was reviewed: no traditional training was used, relying solely on Lemon’s application guidance tool, perceived as an “application GPS” by METRO employees.
Implementation and adoption:
The deployment of Lemon Learning has been extended to other applications, integrating the tool at the heart of user support for new applications and existing training courses.
