Your in-house apps deserve proper adoption support.
50% of our deployments run on internally developed tools. Lemon integrates with a single line of code, with no modification to your application.
Why in-house apps are harder to support.
Your teams need support on internal tools as much as on market SaaS. But the constraints are different.
No application code changes
Modifying production code to embed an adoption layer is a non-starter. Every release becomes a regression risk, and IT won't sign off.
L&D teams need autonomy
If every content edit needs an IT ticket, in-app support stalls. Training teams must be able to create, edit and publish without developer time.
Diverse technology stacks
Custom Angular, .NET desktop, legacy PHP, Java Swing. Internal apps mix old and new frameworks. The adoption layer has to be framework-agnostic.
Direct integration. No application changes.
Lemon integrates via JavaScript injection, like Google Analytics. You stay in control, your L&D teams stay autonomous.
Direct integration
One line of JavaScript in your application header. That's it. No business-logic changes, no application dependency.
Content creation
Your L&D teams build guides, tooltips and walkthroughs from the Lemon editor. No developer needed, no IT ticket, full autonomy.
Immediate deployment
Content goes live in seconds. Your app updates don't impact Lemon, and Lemon updates don't impact your app. Full control, both sides.
Lemon works on every framework.
Modern web apps, desktop apps, legacy systems. If your application has a UI, Lemon can support it.

Three products. One goal.
Adoption creates the guides. Analytics tells you if they're working. Governance makes sure people are on the right tools to begin with.

Common technical questions.
How does integration actually work? +
Integration is a JavaScript snippet you add to your application's header — same model as Google Analytics or a tag manager. The snippet asynchronously loads the Lemon player, which then injects into the page. A few minutes for an experienced developer.
Do we need to modify the application code? +
No. Lemon integrates via external JavaScript injection, without touching your application's business logic. No changes to components, modules or logic. Your updates and releases remain fully independent.
What's the performance impact on the application? +
The Lemon player loads asynchronously and weighs around 150 KB compressed. Injection is optimised, with no perceptible impact on load time or responsiveness. We run on mission-critical apps with tens of thousands of concurrent users, with no measurable degradation.
How do we handle application updates? +
Your app updates don't impact Lemon. If you change the UI, Lemon content may need adjustments (a button that moved, for example) — but those adjustments happen in the Lemon editor, by L&D teams, with no IT ticket. Lemon updates never impact your application.
What governance do we have on published content? +
Lemon Governance defines roles (creator, validator, administrator), validation workflows before publication, and granular permissions per application. IT keeps control over who can publish what, while L&D teams remain autonomous in their scope. Full versioning enables rollback when needed.
SSO compatibility and security? +
Lemon supports SSO (SAML 2.0, OIDC); authentication can be delegated to your existing identity provider. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. 100% European hosting, native GDPR compliance. Certifications and full security documentation are available on request.
