One platform. Three pillars. Every feature built for one outcome.
Every feature in the Lemon Learning platform answers the same question: did the work actually get done. Not how many people logged in. Not how many guides were viewed. The business workflow, executed correctly, at scale. This is the platform built around that principle.

Most DAPs measure tool usage. We measure whether the work actually gets done.
For ten years, the digital adoption market sold the same metric: how many guides did your users view. It is the wrong number. Your CFO does not care if 500 sales reps opened the onboarding tooltip. They care whether 500 sales reps actually create their opportunities correctly, with the right amount, the right account, the right next step.
So we built Lemon Learning differently. Every feature on this page exists to answer one of three questions. Did users get the help they needed, inside the tool, at the right moment. Did the business workflow run correctly, end to end, across applications. Did we keep the software stack and the spend under control, with real visibility for IT and finance.
That is the platform you are about to explore. Three pillars. One editor. Built for the people who buy software for results, not for clicks.
Help users use the software they were given.
In application guidance, contextual help, AI assistance, on demand resources. Features that meet users where they are, in the tool they are working in, at the moment they need help. Built for every application your teams use, including the ones other DAPs do not handle.
Interactive Guides

Learn more →Tooltips

Learn more →Resource Center
A self service hub inside the app where users launch guides, search help and access documents on demand.
Learn more →AI Assistant

Learn more →AI Guide Creator
Uses AI to draft and accelerate the creation of in app guides, cutting production time for adoption teams.
Learn more →Auto-Translation
Delivers in app guidance in multiple languages from a single source, so global teams get help in their own language.
Learn more →Guidance Analytics
Measures how in app guides are used (views, completion, drop off) to show what works and where users struggle.
Learn more →Desktop & Legacy App Guidance
In app guidance for native desktop and legacy software (SAP GUI, Citrix, .NET), not just web apps. A capability most DAPs lack.

Part of Lemon AdoptionUnderstand what really happens inside your software.
Page views are easy to count. Business processes are harder. The Analytics pillar measures how users actually navigate your applications and how they execute the workflows that matter to your business. From friction points on a single screen to the end to end performance of your CRM onboarding process.
Keep the software portfolio under control.
Every enterprise pays for software it does not fully use. Every enterprise runs tools nobody officially approved. Two features designed for IT, finance and procurement to bring real visibility to a stack that has grown faster than the controls around it. The only DAP features built to help you spend less on software, not more.
One editor produces every feature on this page.
Guides, tooltips, announcements, simulations, resource center content. All of it is built in the same no code editor, by the same business users, in the same afternoon. The No-Code editor is what makes the rest of the platform usable, not just buyable.
Three hours of structured onboarding. Then your contributors are autonomous. Working on Salesforce, on SAP, on Workday, and on the heavily customized in house tool that defeats every other DAP we have tested against.

Platform FAQs.
Do I have to use every feature, or can I start with just a few? +
Most customers start with two or three features in the Adoption pillar (typically Interactive Guides, Tooltips and Resource Center) and progressively add others as their adoption maturity grows. License Optimization and Shadow IT often come in year two, once the platform is established. The features are designed to work standalone or together.
How are features deployed? Is it a browser extension or native integration? +
Lemon Learning deploys as a lightweight overlay on every targeted application. For web applications, this can be a browser extension or a JavaScript snippet, depending on your IT preferences. For desktop and legacy applications (SAP GUI, Citrix, .NET), Lemon uses a native agent. No modification of the underlying application is required, and the deployment is reversible at any time.
What applications does the platform support? +
Any web application your teams use, plus desktop and legacy software where most DAPs do not work: SAP GUI, Citrix VDI, .NET applications, custom in house tools. From mainstream SaaS like Salesforce and Workday to specialized platforms like Anaplan and 3DEXPERIENCE. See the full list on the applications page.
How long does it take to deploy the platform? +
Technical deployment takes hours, not weeks. Content creation autonomy takes one structured onboarding session of three hours for your contributors. Most customers have their first guides live within the first week. Full platform rollout across multiple applications and teams typically completes within one quarter.
Where is data hosted? Is the platform GDPR compliant? +
All data is hosted in Europe, fully GDPR compliant by design, with no exposure to the US Cloud Act. Lemon Learning measures interaction patterns at the application level (clicks, navigation, time), never the content users view or enter. Independent ownership keeps your data inside your jurisdiction.
Is Lemon Learning owned by a software vendor? +
No. Lemon Learning is an independent European company. Several major DAPs are now owned by, or deeply partnered with, the software vendors they help you adopt. We are not. That independence is what allowed us to build features like License Optimization and Shadow IT Discovery, which help you spend less with your software vendors, not more.
Bring us your most strategic application. We will build on it live.
