Could you introduce yourself and your role within APRR?
My name is Leslie Bertaut, and I’m in charge of the purchasing information system at APRR (Autoroutes Paris-Rhin-Rhône), part of the Eiffage Group.
How did you discover Lemon Learning?
I discovered Lemon Learning at a user meeting held by IVALUA, our purchasing information system supplier. It was thanks to a customer, an insurer, sitting next to me, who told me about it. I was immediately attracted by the concept, which I hadn’t heard of before. After a bit of research, I learned that EIFFAGE was also analyzing Lemon Learning for a possible integration on their side.
Can you describe how you use Lemon Learning in your work?
We have developed several usage scenarios as part of our purchasing process. Lemon Learning is mainly used for communication, notably through push notifications. These help us to keep you informed about new features in the tool, as well as about various professional aspects, such as the introduction of new agreements or specific procurement elements.
In one sentence, how would you best describe Lemon Learning?
For us, Lemon Learning is a GPS application: it guides us and offers online assistance when we’re lost, which is really appreciated.
