Train your teams on a perfect clone of your software.
Practice-based training without a sandbox, without production risk, and without a single IT ticket. Capture your application, build interactive exercises, and run them in classrooms or your LMS.

Training on live software is a gamble. Training without it doesn't stick.
Every L&D and IT team hits the same dead end: there is no good environment to let people actually practice before go-live.
Sandboxes are costly and always out of date
A training environment means licenses, IT tickets, data refreshes and weeks of waiting. By the time it is ready the interface has changed, and one trainee can still break it for everyone.
Classroom training breaks on live tools
One wrong click and the whole room waits while the trainer fixes a screen. Everyone starts from a different state, nothing is reproducible, and the session becomes troubleshooting instead of teaching.
Passive content does not build skill
Screenshots and recordings show the process, they never let anyone do it. Without hands-on practice most of what is taught is forgotten within days, and users reach go-live having never touched the tool.
A pixel-perfect simulation of your real applications.
Lemon Learning clones the screens of your business applications, SAP, Salesforce, Workday or any internal tool, and turns them into interactive training environments your teams use without any risk.
Real screens, zero risk
Trainees click, type and navigate exactly as they would in production, but nothing can break and no real data is touched.
No environment to provision
No sandbox, no test instance, no IT dependency. The simulation runs in a browser, available the day you need it.
Everyone trains at once
A full classroom or a global rollout: every trainee gets their own identical, resettable environment, simultaneously.
Part of one platform
Train in simulation before go-live, guide users in-app after go-live. One platform covers the whole adoption journey, not two products.
Capture. Anonymize. Build. Deploy.
Everything happens in Lemon Lab, our dedicated simulation studio. No code, no patchwork of screenshots, no agency.
Capture your screens.
Record your application page by page with the capture extension, or let the auto-crawler map entire workflows in minutes. You stay in control of what gets captured.
Mask sensitive data.
Hide names, amounts and confidential fields directly in the editor. Your simulation is compliant and shareable, even when it is built from production screens.
Build the exercise.
Add guided steps, input validation, quizzes with pass thresholds and even your existing slide decks, all in one continuous training flow.
Deploy and measure.
Run live classroom sessions or publish SCORM modules to your LMS. Track completion, scores and progress for every learner.
They trained whole teams before touching the live tool.
Whole teams trained hands-on before go-live
Elis trained 1,450 users on a simulation of its new CRM, so the rollout landed without a support spike on day one.
Local ambassadors trained country by country
Stellantis built simulations of its new CRM and trained local ambassadors market by market ahead of each rollout.
Field teams practiced before working in production
Otis let field technicians rehearse their ERP processes on a safe clone, so they reached production already confident.
Simulation gets them ready. The platform keeps them going.
Train before go-live, then carry the same adoption work into the live tool.
Interactive Guides
Once they are trained, guide users live in the real tool with step-by-step walkthroughs.

What is an interactive software simulation? +
A clickable, pixel-perfect replica of a real application, built from captured screens. Trainees navigate, fill in fields and complete processes exactly as they would in the live tool, but in a safe environment where mistakes have no consequences and no real data is exposed.
How is a simulation different from a sandbox or pre-prod environment? +
A sandbox is a real instance of your software: it needs licenses, infrastructure, data refreshes and IT maintenance, and it drifts out of sync with production. A simulation is a self-contained replica that runs in a browser, with no provisioning, instantly resettable for every trainee, and updated by recapturing the screens that changed.
Which applications can be simulated? +
Any web-based application: SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, as well as custom internal tools. The capture extension records the screens of the application you point it at, with no per-application connector to wait for.
Can I use simulations for instructor-led classroom training? +
Yes, it is one of the primary use cases. Every participant opens the same simulation in the same state, the trainer leads the exercise, and environments reset in one click between groups. There is no limit on how many trainees can practice simultaneously.
Is sensitive data protected in the simulations? +
Yes. The built-in obfuscation tool lets you mask or anonymize names, amounts and any confidential field before a screen is used in training. You can build simulations from realistic production screens while staying compliant with your security and privacy policies.
Does it integrate with our LMS? +
Simulations export as SCORM modules, so they plug into any SCORM-compatible LMS, with completion tracking, quiz scores and learner progress reported back through your existing system.
