The challenge

A 25-year-old ERP, high turnover, and training formats that no longer worked.

ITSAP operates in the personal-services sector through 17 subsidiaries. Its in-house ERP, built 25 years ago, is highly comprehensive, but it has also grown complex over time, and every team has to master it.

In a sector where turnover is high and training needs are constant, the old formats no longer worked: videos, long presentations and 90-slide decks delivered over video calls. And with each subsidiary running its own methods, there was no single way of working to teach.

ITSAP needed to train people directly inside the tool, at their own pace, with content tailored to each entity, while preserving knowledge as teams kept changing.

The solution

In-app learning, tailored to each subsidiary.

The project kicked off in November 2023. Less than two months later, in January 2024, ITSAP shipped its first content, launched by an activation push right from the ERP homepage. Since then, the environment has grown to around thirty interactive guides and forty tooltips.

The key is the ability to target content by user profile, so each of the 17 subsidiaries gets messages and learning paths that fit its own methods, with no forced standardisation. Lemon Learning also became a communication channel in its own right: push notifications carry key messages far more effectively than internal email. ITSAP even customised the interface with its own logo.
