Train your teams before go-live, not after.
Lemon Learning embeds in-app guidance directly in your S/4HANA preprod environment. Your users learn on the real system, on the real processes, weeks before the go-live. Day 1 is no longer a crisis.
S/4HANA migrations fail on adoption, not on technology.
The system works. The integrations pass. The go-live happens. Then 3,000 users open SAP Fiori for the first time and the helpdesk collapses.
SAP GUI to Fiori is a complete interface change
Your users have spent 10 years on SAP GUI. Transaction codes, green screens, function keys, all muscle memory. Fiori looks nothing like it. The change is real, and it happens overnight.
Thousands of users to train in weeks
You cannot put 3,000 people in a classroom. Key users train end users who train end users. The message degrades at every level. By the time it reaches the warehouse floor, it bears no resemblance to the original.
Training happens too late, on fake data
Classroom training runs 6 weeks before go-live, too early to stick, on a demo system with fictional data. Users arrive on day 1 having forgotten everything. The first week is spent firefighting, not working.
Lemon intervenes at every stage of your migration.
Before go-live in preprod, on the day in production, and in the months that follow. The same tool, the same guides, always inside SAP.

Train in the real system, weeks before day 1.
Lemon deploys on your S/4HANA preprod environment. Your key users record the real processes directly in Fiori, and end users practice on the real interface until they are confident.
When production opens, your users already know what to do.

The widget is there from the first click.
The day production opens, Lemon is already live with the same guides. When a user hesitates on a transaction, the widget surfaces the right guide. No ticket, no phone call.
Go-live week without the usual chaos.

New hire in March, process change in July.
New hires join, SAP releases updates, your processes evolve. Your L&D team updates the affected guides in minutes and publishes. No re-training wave to schedule.
Your S/4HANA investment keeps paying off.
The Lemon features behind your SAP rollout.
The same toolkit covers preprod, go-live, and continuous adoption, all inside SAP Fiori, SAP GUI, and S/4HANA.
Walk users through SAP transactions
Step-by-step guides on real Fiori and GUI processes, so users act with confidence instead of hesitating.
Help on the exact field
Short contextual hints on tricky fields and codes, especially useful on Fiori screens users have never seen.
Answers without a ticket
Users ask in natural language and get pointed to the right guide or answer, taking load off your key users.
See where workflows break
End-to-end funnel view of new S/4HANA processes: which ones complete, where users get stuck, and what to fix.
One source, every language
Publish guides in every language your SAP program runs in, from a single source, for consistent global rollout.
See where users struggle
Usage, completion, and drop-off per process, so you know which SAP transactions still need reinforcement.
Your IT team runs the migration. Here are the answers they will ask for.
S/4HANA programs are led by the DSI. Before adoption tooling gets near the system, infrastructure and security teams have questions. Lemon is built to clear them.
No code injected into SAP
Lemon runs alongside S/4HANA as a browser extension or desktop agent. Nothing is modified inside SAP, no editor code is touched, no SAP Basis development required. Your system stays exactly as your integrator delivered it.
Works behind your firewall
S/4HANA only reachable from inside your network, on managed devices? That is fine. Lemon needs nothing more than a standard user account on the same machine your users already work from, no inbound integration, no data leaving your environment.
You stay in control of what users see
In-app prompts should help, never nag. Admins decide who can publish and set exactly how often a guide auto-launches: once at first use, weekly, or never. Guidance fades as users get confident, so the tool never becomes noise on the screen.
SSO and one console for every app
Lemon plugs into your SSO and Active Directory, so rollout is instant. From a single governance console you manage one space per application: S/4HANA, M365, Sage, your in-house tools, each with its own users, guides and adoption analytics.

Can Lemon really deploy on a preprod SAP environment? +
Yes. Lemon connects to your SAP environment via a standard JavaScript snippet or desktop agent, depending on whether you are using Fiori (web) or SAP GUI (desktop). Preprod is treated exactly like a production environment. Your L&D team creates guides in preprod; those same guides transfer to production at go-live.
Can we run a proof of concept on our preprod before committing? +
Yes, and it is how most S/4HANA projects start. We need one test user on your preprod (or dev) environment, nothing more. We build a guide on one of your real processes so your team can see Lemon working inside your own Fiori, on your own screens, before any commitment. It is the fastest way to give IT, the integrator and the change team the same proof at once.
Does Lemon work on SAP Fiori and SAP GUI? +
Yes, both. For SAP Fiori, Lemon deploys via a standard web integration, no SAP Basis involvement beyond the initial snippet. For SAP GUI (still used alongside S/4HANA in many organizations), Lemon uses a desktop agent. The same editor builds guides for both interfaces.
How long before go-live should we start? +
Ideally 6 to 8 weeks before go-live. Technical setup takes a few days once IT approves deployment on preprod. Content creation, recording guides for your key processes, takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on scope. Starting earlier gives users more time to practice in preprod before the live switch.
What happens to the guides after go-live? +
They stay live in production. New hires who join after go-live benefit from the same guides. When SAP releases an update or your processes change, your L&D team updates the relevant guides in minutes. The content library compounds over time. It does not expire after the project closes.
